    Booking Procedure  
    To make a booking Call 01253 626189 and make a reservation.
    You will be required at the point of booking to pay a deposit payment equal to one night stay.
    Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. Your deposit can be paid over the phone by Debit
    or Credit Card. On payment of the deposit your booking will be confirmed, a copy of the booking form, 
    terms and conditions and receipt will be sent to you.
    You are advised to take out holiday insurance covering cancellation.

    Terms and Conditions  

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit,
and at quoted tariffs

Breakfast is at 9am and no allowances can be made for meals not taken

Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances.

If the deposit has been paid using debit or credit card authorised account number, then any payment
due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number
by the proprietor. The cardholder will be notified of any such transaction.

All accounts must be settled in full upon arrival at The White Heather.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s property unless handed in
for safekeeping and signed for by the proprietors.

A charge will be made for any loss or damage to hotel property accidental or otherwise and will be deducted from the guests debit or credit card or a solicitor will be instructed to recover these costs,
from group bookings, the person who’s name is on the booking form is liable for the damage.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct
of any person cause any detriment to the wellbeing of any other guests.
  
Visitors are not allowed in guests bedrooms.

     Anyone staying over without authorisation will be charged to the person who made the reservation
     initially.

     On the advice of the fire officer smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Any guests smoking
     in their rooms will incur a two night room charge.
     From 1st July 2007 the law has changed and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel.
     We have an allocated smoking area outside.
